To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-organised experience for all participants, please review the following terms and conditions before booking your place at our Miss Merri workshops.
1. Age Requirement: Workshops are suitable for participants aged 7 years and above.
2. Maximum Group Size: 6 participants per workshop to ensure personalised attention and a cosy, distraction-free experience.
3. Venue: Workshops are held in our home studio in Parklands, Christchurch.
4. Attendance and Punctuality: Please arrive on time so we can begin promptly and ensure the best experience for all.
5. Cancellations and Refunds: If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 7 days before the workshop for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of the workshop date are non-refundable, but we are happy to offer a transfer to another workshop (subject to availability)
6. Date changes: If you wish to change your booked workshop date, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at least 5 days in advance. Changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
7. Postponements or Cancellations by us: In the unlikely event we need to postpone or cancel a workshop (e.g. due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), participants will be informed promptly. You may choose to transfer to a new date or receive a full refund.
8. For the best workshop experience: we recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for crafting.
9. All materials and light refreshments are provided.
10. Each participant will take home their creation, along with a little gift from us.
