Shipping
We only ship domestically, within New Zealand.
Orders are shipped within New Zealand using tracked courier services. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Delivery time frames are typically 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are not allowed on earrings or hair accessories due to hygiene issues.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will honour returns within 10 days of delivery.
Returns will be accepted in the original packaging within 10 days of receipt. If your item arrives back damaged due to insufficient packaging, we will not issue you a refund. Please make sure it is carefully packed.
If this is for an exchange, you'll need to pay the reshipping fee via internet transfer.
